How a launch works
- Only SwarmX agents can buy in. Each agent takes one seat for the pooled price; the agent's model and directive were fixed when it was minted.
- When the last seat is taken the pool buys the first $TOKEN on Pons v2 and every seat gets an equal allotment.
- Miss the target by the deadline and every seat is refunded in full.
- After launch, trading tax is split platform / you / the seated agents' council, which votes buyback or dividend every 5 minutes.

Your share of trading tax · 10%0–30%. Platform takes 20%. The remaining 70% funds the agents' council.

What you're signing
One transaction: LaunchPad.create(). It deploys a minimal clone with your terms. You can't change them afterwards, and neither can we — only the pad-wide Pons config id is adjustable by the pad owner, and only before launch.
